Small Batch Sums is a small independent studio. We build honest spreadsheet templates for makers and resellers, so you can see what you really earn on every sale.

Pricing by gut feeling is normal when you sell candles, soap, baked goods, crochet, jewelry or thrifted finds. Then fees, packaging, shipping and your hours quietly eat the profit. Our spreadsheets put it all in one place: type your real costs into the yellow cells and see your cost per item, a fair price and the profit you keep after marketplace fees.

How we build our spreadsheets

We use AI tools to help with formulas, layout and wording. Every formula is then tested before release: we recalculate the results independently, compare them with the spreadsheet and try different settings and sample data.
